Making space in the pelvis session

Using Spinning Babies, OMP and Jenny Blyth's pelvic jiggling techniques, this one off session gives you the tools for creating  balance in your body for and easier pregnancy. It will also provide you with tools that can be used in labour to help create space in your pelvis and relieve tension and discomfort as you work with your body during labour.
